All cases are shipped with Priority Service by PostNL. There might be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control. For more information, please contact your local Customs office.

For shipping within the Netherlands, we use PostNL Brievenbuspakje+. A track&trace code will be emailed to you once we ship your order. Currently, we can't offer track&trace for orders outside the Netherlands.

Blossom Cases is not responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes as they vary from country to country around the world. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country.

All cases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Make sure to include a copy of your Confirmation email showing your Order Number for faster processing. To avoid any customs charges please mark the package with 'Returned Goods'. You are responsible for the fees when returning or exchanging the package back to us.

We will send you an email once the return package has been received. The refund will take around 1-3 business days to be successfully processed. Please double check the payment method that you have associated with your order.
